Order cancellation & Exchanges

All orders can be canceled until the shipping procedure. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. If you change your mind you can also exchange your product by emailing us at support@bazestarz.com within 5 calendar days of purchase. All items must be returned in brand new condition with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Items that have been worn/damaged and altered will not be eligible for an exchange. You have to pay for the return shipping cost.

Refund Policy

If you did not receive the product within the expected time (30 days, excluding 2-5 days of processing), you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you receive any wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the ordered product you’ve received, you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
